This site collects the information you choose to submit in the contact form (name, email, phone, the community or county you are interested in and your message), plus basic technical data that our hosting provider logs (such as IP address and browser type).

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about real estate services. Form submissions are emailed to Josh Schoenly and stored in his customer relationship management system (BoldTrail). We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or opt out of follow-up, by emailing josh.schoenly@exprealty.com or calling (717) 510-1452. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
